As a senior PeopleSoft Project Manager for this role, you will be responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to the customer using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management, will be yours. You will be responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer; provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer.
Minimum 6 yrs PeopleSoft HR Project Management experience, preferably managing global implementations. Must have managed all phases of the implementation life-cycle with version 8.x or above.
Experience to include implementation planning, fit analysis, rollout and post-implementation support. Ability to work at the senior management/executive levels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Prior experience leading proposal efforts would be a plus.
100% Travel. Telecom, Energy & Utilities or Media/Entertainment experience preferred
